Samsung Galaxy S 5: The Much Awaited Phone Arrives

Galaxy S5 is the smartphone that has been much awaited by the world as it is the smartphone that is believed to be the most advanced and probably the best smartphone on planet. It made its debut at the Mobile World Congress on 24 February 2014 and AT&T and T-Mobile have already started to book its orders. The latest smartphone from Samsung will also be available on the platforms of other carriers like Sprint and Verizon.
Galaxy S5 has a 5.1 inch huge screen and it is fitted with a 16 MP camera on its rear. In a first,

 Samsung has fitted a finger print sensor in this smartphone for authorization of the phone to unlock it. The smartphone is available in two versions with 16GB memory and 32 GB memory respectively with no 64 GB model. However, you can enhance the internal storage capacity to64 GB using micro SD cards. It is in terms of processing power that S5 seems to be far ahead of its predecessor. While Galaxy S4 boasted of a 1.6GHz quad core processor, Galaxy S5 has a much more powerful 2.5 GHz quad core processor. The display of Galaxy S5 is slightly bigger than the screen of Galaxy S4 at 5.1inches.It also appears to be a little brighter than the display of S4.
Galaxy S5 measures 142X72.5X8.1mm and it weighs just 145g.This makes it slightly heavier and bigger than S4 but then it also has a slightly larger screen than its predecessor.
Weight difference has more to do with a larger and heavier 2800mAh battery fitted in Galaxy S5.
