In a recent interview with Canada.com the Xbox Live director of programming Larry Hryb said that Microsoft is listening very carefully to the feedback that the console users are leaving. He noted that new features will most certainly be added to the Xbox One based on what the customers desire.
Hyrb gave the Xbox 360 as a notable example. He pointed out that features such as the party system and the ability to support external storage weren’t available to the console when it was first released in 2006.
Hyrb also confirmed that Microsoft is listening very closely to what users are saying about the Xbox One and that they we could see an update of the operating system very soon. The rumor is that the next update for Microsoft’s new console will add a 10% performance boost, but this hasn’t been officially confirmed.
